Even weirder is the fact that while the MC Stradale isn’t out yet – it’s scheduled to go on sale in Europe early next year – DMC’s styling kit isn’t just for the MC Stradale, but also allows for even a standard Gran Turismo to turn into an MC Stradale.

Heck, they even gave it a name: Grande Sovrano, which, in case you didn’t know, means ‘Great Ruler’.

Not that we’re being obvious or anything, but, to put it plainly, this DMC tuning package gives you the opportunity to turn your Maserati Gran Turismo into an MC Stradale before the actual model comes out, so take advantage of this opportunity.Exterior and Interior

DMC’s styling kit for the Gran Turismo includes a new front bumper that’s seen in the 2011 MC Stradale and is refined with the inclusion of the carbon fiber front splitter. The sports car’s front hood also includes three air-vents, one on each side consisting of three air-stairs to go with a cooling vent on the center. In addition to these changes, DMC also outfitted the Gran Turismo with new and redesigned side skirts and a carbon fiber rear wing that is combined with a three-finned carbon fiber rear-diffusor. Then, there’s the set of diamond-forged Zol-sized rims that measure 9.0Jx20 on the front and 12.5Jx21 on the rear.PERFORMANCE

Apart from the styling upgrades, DMC’s kit also includes performance modifications in the form of a water-cooled turbo cooler that ensures the air maintains an even keel temperature. The engine upgrade also adds some serious power on the vehicle from the standard 450 horsepower, reaching all the way to 600 horsepower and with a maximum torque of 588 Nm. All told, the DMC-tuned Gran Turismo can now run a 0-62mph time of 4.5 seconds with a top speed of 196mph.

While we’ve seen some pretty awesome-looking tune-up Maseratis in the past, including the Novitec Tridente Maserati GranTurismo S and the Maserati GranTurismo by Mansory, we’re going out on a limb and say that this one made by DMC will give all those other cars a run for their money.
