The only real thing "wrong" with the old Elantra, really, was that it was about as interesting to look at as a bar of soap. That didn't stop Hyundai from completely reworking its bread-and-butter compact, and the result is an impressive pole vault from forgettable to formidable.

Most of the people who have driven the Outlander GT have had positive comments about this compact sport/utility. One noted, "the Evo-inspired nosejob has done a great job of giving the Outlander some much-needed character. Other than the absence of a telescoping steering column, this loaded variant actually seems like a decent bargain." But at over $33,000, it isn't exactly the least expensive crossover in this category.

Crisp edges and sweeping curves. And interiors inspired by sleek, modern furniture, and home electronics. Now you can add "green." Volvo has always been an environmentally responsible company and produces many models that deliver low emissions and competitive fuel-economy performance. Volvo is now testing the waters of pure electric vehicle development and production.

Any Ferrari is cool, and yes we said any, even the 1980’s 400i sedan. As long as there is a prancing horse on the hood, these cars are destined to be cherished for generations to come. The Ferrari 348 series is no different and it spawned one of the most loved modern Ferrari’s in the 355 model. One issue that people tend to have with the 348 is that there was a lack of power from its V8. All that really means is that when you take a 348 Challenge model and bolt on some serious power upgrades you’ll end up with a super cool Ferrari.

I'm catapulting the 2006 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 between apexes on a deserted, twisting canyon road in central California, and all I can think is, "Whatever you do, don't contract that annoying 'Jeremy Clarkson' strain of Tourette's syndrome!" It may have a Japanese design and a Japanese name, but the 2007 Suzuki XL-7 is about as Japanese as a Yoshinoya beef bowl.

You see, although this fully redesigned version of Suzuki's midsize SUV is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 built in Japan, the engine was actually designed by General Motors. Suzuki builds it under license and adds its own computers, but it's essentially the same engine found under the hood of the Pontiac G6.
